We only use ingredients from credible origins. For instance butter and cream from France, eggs and flour from Japan, honey and fresh local produce from homeland Hong Kong.
All anoki products are free from artificial additives and preservatives.
The owner-chef was trained at Le Cordon Bleu London and has been working at Pierre and Le Gouter Bernardaud.
She has acquired Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering in the UK, and Certificate in Food Hygiene for Hygiene Supervisor in Hong Kong.
PÂTISSERIE anoki has been licensed as a food factory by FEHD since February 2016.
