The special moulds for baking madeleine

‘Petit four’ means ‘small oven’ in English. Generally, they refer to the bite-sized French sweets of all kinds.

In this project, we have made ‘madeleine’, a lemon sponge cake originated from northeastern France with the distinctive shape of a shell.

These fresh madeleine were meticulously baked with our premium quality ingredients as always: French butter, Japanese flour, eggs from Hokkaido, local honey etc.

With carefully selected packing from Japan and specially designed stickers, these tasteful and tasty treats became unique and memorable presents from the groom and bride.
